-Depending upon the situation it seems that the easiest and hardest can change. Generally speaking, the desire to teach/mentor others usually comes very naturally to me as part of the learning process (watch one, do one, teach one).
-Sometimes keeping the end goal in mind can be difficult, I understand the concept well enough, but the working with the process and the occasional side-show on the journey often capture my attention.

The end goal seems to be hardest for most. I like the "watch one, do one, teach one." That was something they discussed in the 23 Things Summit.
